Our German language programme is ready. We are now developing hospital partnerships to align candidate outreach and preparation with specific requirements.

Access & pre-selection

Through our medical education network in Turkey, we can reach interested doctors. We assess qualifications, experience, language level and motivation against jointly agreed criteria.

Language & exam preparation

With our education partner Gorilla Course, we offer German targeting B2, with medical content from the first month. We also offer subsequent C1, Fachsprachprüfung (FSP) and Kenntnisprüfung (KP) preparation, with scope agreed individually.

Coordination & documents

DUCAVEN coordinates communication between the hospital, candidates and the preparation programme. We help compile and carry out a preliminary completeness check of the documents your hospital requests.

    German, medical communication and the relevant exam preparation, tailored to each candidate’s starting point.

    Introduce candidates

    Introductions at the agreed stage, with the requested documents. An observership (Hospitation) can be discussed where your hospital offers one.

    Coordinate the next steps

    Selection and employment offers remain with your hospital; recognition and licensing decisions remain with the relevant authorities. We support ongoing coordination.

Our teacher has experience in medical German and in preparing doctors for their move to Germany.

B2 is the target level. Language certificates are awarded by external examination providers after a successful exam. Exam, recognition and employment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
